RBC newspaper
RBC is a daily business newspaper with a circulation of over 80,000 copies — one of the largest in its category. As reading habits shifted, the challenge went far beyond visual redesign: the entire editorial experience had to be reimagined.
The project began with strategy — defining how materials should look, read, and interact with the audience across formats. Only after that came the redesign itself, transforming RBC into a modern publication where clarity, rhythm, and structure reflect the pace and complexity of today’s information flow.

One of the key innovations is a dynamic front badge without the traditional massive blocks of text. The new design features both poster-style and typography-heavy front pages. The classic newspaper front page with large photographs remains available for use if it’s the best way to illustrate a given material.

One of the redesign’s goals was to create a clear, easy-to-use system of formats. Each kind of material (column, Q&A, scripts, interviews, profiles, and photo essays) has its own unique visual style.
